I'm not sure if these are underrated or just rated, but I really like tomb of levistus and most of the at-will spells (detect magic, levitate, speak with dead). Any at-will spell can really improve the flavor of a character if you go out of your way to use it a lot.Tomb of Levistus saves your ass.
