I just finished my exam in 85 and used correct card info and got good pop up stating I couldn't schedule another exam right now. Not sure if any of the pop ups mean anything anymore. Another registration cannot be made at this time." You have to put ALL the correct information. It went through my credit card and got refunded an hour or so later. I did it thrice and refunded thrice.
