My tractor has given me occasional hydraulic fits but they have progressively gotten worse, from once in a blue moon to every time I use the machine.Power Problems. Although the John Deere 6120M tractor has a powerful engine, it can still encounter a few power problems. Some users have reported that their tractor doesn't have enough power. Apr 3, 2023. #1. I just had my John deere 5520 clutch replaced at the local dealer. They changed everything pto clutch traction clutch and throw out bearings and new flywheel. They put it back together and put it on a dyno and now the pto makes a grinding noise when it s loaded down.
