A kill cage and you could farm the Rhino and Dragon together. Never see anyone else mention it but those kill cages are super handy. I get plenty of glands by farming newb river, but the trick is you need the 3rd survival perk and I always use a skinning knife. I've seen it happen in a youtube video and I've confirmed in the game files that it is possible (50% likelihood), but for the life of me I can't seem to harvest it. Have any of you done it?
