Jan 11, 2021. #1. Hi. I am trying to program my Pro652 to listen to CSP and what ever else I can on the CLMRN. I have CT DEEP and CT Transit in their own banks and don't hear anything there either. I am using WIN500 to program with. I downloaded from RR database.I beleve they can put it up and down as they please, Its mostly for the DEEP units to talk to Madison PD from Hammo state park.
