Dependant on the system it can be longer for my group the host went from a Xbox one to a Xbox one X and tether went from 300 to 400 metres I'd imagine series X world be further still. You can change the distance in non dedicated settings screen. The slider goes to 3x but you can type a number in the box next to it to override. Be warned though anything more than 5 or 6x will make a decent rig run crap. If u have a good pc just run a dedicated seperatly on it.
